Overview
This role focuses on client conversations rather than cold prospecting, supported by a steady flow of warm leads (400 per year per advisor). You’ll use modern tools and efficient processes to build tailored financial plans and maintain ongoing client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective and existing clients to understand goals, priorities, and financial needs.
- Build tailored financial plans covering investments, retirement, tax strategy, insurance, and long-term planning.
- Present clear recommendations and guide clients through decisions in a simple, understandable way.
- Manage ongoing client relationships, run review meetings, and adjust plans as life and markets change.
- Stay organized and compliant using planning, CRM, and portfolio tools.
- Work with the internal team for onboarding, service, and operations support.
Requirements
- Experience as a Financial Advisor or Wealth Advisor (RIA experience ideal).
- CFP, CFA or similar credentials.
- Strong planning and communication skills.
- Comfortable presenting advice to a wide range of clients and keeping relationships over time.
- Clean compliance record.
- $15+ million AUM that will follow during a transition.
- Clean U4. If not, explain why.
