Overview
This role is for an Accounting Coordinator II focused on Supplier Setup and Management. The position involves performing various accounting tasks requiring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with computer applications such as Excel and Word. The role operates under direct supervision for routine tasks and receives detailed instructions for new or special assignments. A solid understanding of the accounting function is necessary.
Responsibilities
- Operate accounting software to record, store, and analyze financial information
- Verify accuracy and correct entry of documents
- Research, track, and resolve documentation problems or discrepancies, or refer them appropriately
- Complete essential duties in a timely manner
- Maintain regular communication with other departments to obtain and convey information or correct transactions
- Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations
- Perform general office duties including filing and routine correspondence
- Complete special projects and miscellaneous assignments as required
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Type: Hourly
- Pay Range: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
- Compensation may be influenced by experience, education, location, market data, and internal equity
- Eligibility for annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plans depending on level and type
