  • Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, including intercompany eliminations and foreign currency translation
  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP and support local statutory reporting requirements
  • Partner with FP&A on forecast inputs, variance analysis, and balance sheet and cash flow support

  • Research and resolve complex accounting questions, and escalate significant judgments to the VP of Finance
  • Coordinate with Tax and external advisors on income tax, VAT/GST, transfer pricing, and payroll-related accounting

Finance Transformation and AI Enablement

  • Conduct an end-to-end review of current accounting processes (e.g., close, reconciliations, intercompany, accruals, AP/AR support, reporting), documenting how work gets done today, where time is spent, and where errors and bottlenecks arise
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, or hand off to AI agents, balancing impact, risk, effort, and control implications
  • Define a future-state operating model: which tasks agents perform, which remain with humans, and where human review and judgment are required
  • Partner with Finance leadership, IT, and technology vendors to pilot, validate, and scale agent-enabled workflows, including defining requirements, test cases, and success metrics
  • Monitor quality and performance of agent-supported processes, refining them over time
  • Build a roadmap and business case for process changes, and communicate progress to stakeholders

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, with the ability to see the big picture
  • Ability to partner with cross-functional teams to drive enterprise growth
