Overview
This role involves creating high-quality financial datasets to support AI training and evaluation. The position is fully remote and offers flexible hours on an hourly contract basis. Responsibilities
- Review financial statements, ledgers, and accounting disclosures
- Extract and structure data into standardized Excel templates
- Validate calculations, formulas, and formatting for accuracy and consistency
- Identify errors or inconsistencies in source materials
- Support recurring dataset creation, structuring, and cleanup tasks
- Ensure datasets meet quality standards for use in AI training and evaluation
Requirements
- Background in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related financial discipline
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including building and validating structured datasets
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in audit, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), financial operations, or corporate accounting
- Familiarity with financial reporting standards such as GAAP or IFRS
- Prior exposure to data structuring or analytical workflows
