Overview

This role supports the OptiFreight Logistics business from a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) perspective. The FP&A function provides strategic partnership and objective guidance to business units, enabling forward-looking, actionable insights that influence key business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Consolidate monthly financial results focusing on P&L outcomes for OptiFreight Logistics leadership
  • Prepare monthly financial presentations including detailed driver analysis and business result interpretation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with the annual budget and Strategic Financial Planning (SFP) processes
  • Manage multiple deliverables and deadlines concurrently
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives for processes and work with stakeholders to implement and maintain them
  • Handle ad hoc requests and initiatives as needed

Requirements

  • Proficiency in ANAPLAN, HFM, SAP, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Minimum of 3 years of finance or related experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred

  • May contribute to policy and procedure development
  • Works on complex projects of large scope
  • Develops innovative technical solutions aligned with organizational objectives
  • Completes work independently with general guidance on new projects
  • Work is reviewed to ensure objectives are met
  • May mentor less experienced colleagues

Compensation and Benefits

  • Anticipated salary range: $80,900 - $115,500
  • Bonus eligible: No
