Billing Analyst

Overview

This role involves producing accurate and timely customer invoices by analyzing billing, production, and pricing information. The Billing Analyst identifies and resolves discrepancies, supports compliance with billing procedures and SOX controls, and contributes to overall billing accuracy and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate and timely customer invoices across varying levels of complexity.
• Analyze production, pricing, and billing information to determine billable and non-billable items and identify discrepancies.
• Investigate and resolve billing issues to ensure invoice accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
• Adhere to all applicable SOX controls and departmental standard operating procedures.
• Consistently meet established quality, accuracy, and productivity expectations.

Requirements

• High School diploma.
• Minimum of 1 year of billing or relevant experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong reading comprehension and basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and diverse team environment.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and responsibilities.

• Hourly pay range: $20-$25, based on knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions.
