Billing Specialist

Overview

This role is a Billing Specialist position supporting leisure and corporate travel operations, including reservations, ticketing support, itinerary coordination, supplier communication, and customer service. Work is focused on Expense Review, Booking Records, and Data Accuracy.

• Associate level
• Base salary: $49,000–$79,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Protect confidential financial information while following applicable controls; maintain complete and ready-to-proceed records using Booking Records and Invoice Processing.
• Prepare organized records for recurring financial review using Data Accuracy and Workflow Tracking.
• Review routine transactions for completeness and consistency using Invoice Processing and Bookkeeping.
• Track unresolved financial items and required follow-up using Workflow Tracking and Expense Review.
• Support reporting with validated source information using Bookkeeping and Booking Records.

Required Qualifications

• Strong attention to financial accuracy and confidentiality, especially when supporting leisure and corporate travel, reservations, ticketing support, itinerary coordination, supplier communication, and customer service.
• Ability to follow financial controls and procedures in those same travel and customer-facing workflows.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets and reconciliations.
• Organized documentation and transaction review skills.
