Overview
A community services organization providing support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is seeking a Business Finance Analyst to join their finance team remotely. This role involves supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and operational analysis to help leaders make informed business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Assist with annual budgeting and monthly forecasting
- Build and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel and other financial systems
- Partner with operational leaders to explain financial results and support decision-making
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and special projects
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, business analysis, or a related field
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and lookup functions
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
- Experience in healthcare or human services is a plus but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $55,000 - $65,000 annually
