Experienced Tax Preparer

Overview

This role is for experienced Tax Preparers who want to use their tax expertise and knowledge of tax laws to provide exceptional client service. Flexible schedules are available, and the work is fast-paced and client-focused.

This position may be located at a site operated by an independent franchisee. Franchisees are independent employers and are responsible for employment-related policies and decisions at their locations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns based on applicable tax laws
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients
• Communicate effectively with clients throughout the tax preparation process
• Collaborate in a fast-paced, open, and collaborative work environment

Requirements

• 2+ seasons of previous experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to learn
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping or taxes
