Experienced Tax Preparer

Overview

This role is for experienced tax preparers who want flexible scheduling and the opportunity to use their tax knowledge to support clients. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional client service and connecting with clients in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns (as applicable to experience)
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Use tax-law knowledge to support accurate, compliant tax preparation
• Communicate effectively with clients in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain basic computer skills needed for tax preparation workflows

Requirements

• 2+ seasons of previous experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to learn
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping or taxes
