Expert Opportunity - Corporate Development / M&A Manager ($100/hr, up to $2,000/week)

Overview

The organization is seeking experienced corporate development and in-house M&A professionals to help train a foundational AI model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.

This role involves creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows, including:

• Board approval decks
• Target screening presentations
• Synergy analysis exhibits
• Deal update memos
• Integration planning decks
• Pipeline review materials

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for business transaction workflows
• Produce and improve content intended for board approval and executive committee use
• Apply expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship
• Ensure high-quality written communication and attention to detail in deliverables

Requirements

• 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a significant company
• Experience producing board and executive committee materials for live transactions
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail

Compensation & Benefits

• $100/hour
• Flexible commitment: 5–20 hours per week (or more if desired)
