Expert Opportunity - Corporate Development / M&A Manager ($100/hr, up to $2,000/week)

Overview

This role supports a leading foundational AI lab by helping develop and refine AI-generated professional presentations and slide decks for corporate deal workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows, including:
  • Board approval decks
  • Target screening presentations
  • Synergy analysis exhibits
  • Deal update memos
  • Integration planning decks
  • Pipeline review materials
• Produce board and executive committee materials for live transactions.
• Apply expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, ensuring strong written communication and high attention to detail.

Requirements

• 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a significant company
• Experience producing board and executive committee materials for live transactions
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Compensation & Benefits

• $100/hour
• Commitment: Flexible, 5–20 hours per week (or more if desired)
