Expert Opportunity - Corporate Development / M&A Manager ($100/hr, up to $2,000/week)

Overview

This role supports a foundational AI lab by helping train a language model to handle professional presentation and slide deck tasks.

The organization is looking for experienced corporate development and in-house M&A professionals to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core deal and corporate workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for common workflows, including:
  • Board approval decks
  • Target screening presentations
  • Synergy analysis exhibits
  • Deal update memos
  • Integration planning decks
  • Pipeline review materials
• Produce board and executive committee materials associated with live transactions
• Provide expert-level feedback on presentation quality, clarity, and accuracy

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a significant company
• Experience producing board and executive committee materials for live transactions
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail

Compensation & Benefits

• $100/hour

Commitment

• Flexible: 5–20 hours per week (or more if desired)
