Expert Opportunity - Corporate Strategy Manager ($100/hr, up to $2,000/week)

Overview

This opportunity supports a leading foundational AI lab focused on training a language model to handle professional presentation and slide deck tasks.

This role involves creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core deal and strategy workflows, including:

• Board approval decks
• Target screening presentations
• Synergy analysis exhibits
• Deal update memos
• Integration planning decks
• Pipeline review materials

Responsibilities

• Run and refine corporate strategy and deal-related presentation deliverables for multiple workflow types
• Create, evaluate, and improve AI-generated presentations and slide decks
• Produce high-quality materials suitable for board and executive committee audiences

Requirements

• 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a significant company
• Experience producing board and executive committee materials for live transactions
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail

Compensation & Benefits

• $100/hour

Commitment

• Flexible schedule: 5–20 hours per week (or more if desired)
