Finance Analyst IV

Overview

This role compiles and analyzes financial information, leads financial projects, and helps cost-effectively manage utilization of services. The position develops measures to track, trend, and forecast impacts of organizational strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Run pre-established reports and develop new reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory agencies
• Develop metrics to evaluate financial impact of proposed contracts and medical management
• Create integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations
• Provide commentary and insights into business unit performance using market-specific knowledge and analysis
• Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, ensuring financial information is recorded accurately
• Identify trends and developments in competitive environments and present findings to senior management
• Perform financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts
• Identify and research variances
• Conduct complex, high-level financial analysis
• Present and discuss analysis with upper management
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Comply with all policies and standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of financial or data analysis experience

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $87,700.00 - $157,800.00 per year

Actual pay may be adjusted based on skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law (including full-time or part-time status). Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.

• 100% remote within the United States
• Up to 10% travel for meetings required
