Finance Support Specialist

Overview

The organization develops and manufactures technologically advanced electronic, mechatronic modules and connector systems for the automotive industry. With 47 locations worldwide across 22 countries on four continents and a workforce of about 20,000 people, this role supports international finance operations.

This position is based with KOSTAL Ukraine and is part of an international finance support team.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices in SAP, ensuring accuracy and timely handling.
• Prepare and process certificates confirming the receipt of goods within the EU.
• Verify and optimize invoice and goods receipt certificate templates in ReadSoft Invoices.
• Support finance-related activities for the parent company and other group entities.
• Monitor assigned tasks and communicate progress or potential issues to the team leader.
• Contribute ideas for improving processes, increasing efficiency, and optimizing costs.
• Collaborate with colleagues across different departments and international locations.

Requirements

• Completed higher education (Bachelor’s, Specialist, or Master’s degree).
• Good command of English (at least B2 level) is a MUST.
  • English is the primary working language, and all work-related documentation and communication are conducted in English.
• No previous professional experience required; motivated candidates at the beginning of their careers are welcome.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
