Financial Analyst

Overview

The organization is hiring a Financial Analyst to support budgeting, financial reporting, reconciliations, and decision-making through accurate analysis and well-documented assumptions.

This is a full-time, 100% remote position open to candidates in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Review revenue, cost, payment, budget, or operating data for completeness and consistency before analysis.
• Prepare recurring financial reports, variance explanations, forecasts, and management-ready summaries.
• Reconcile supporting records to reported figures and investigate material differences or unusual movements.
• Maintain models and working files with clear assumptions, source references, and version control.
• Escalate material exceptions and explain the operational or financial impact in plain language.

• Records are current, supporting information is traceable, and routine differences are resolved or escalated promptly.
• Open work has a clear owner and next step.
• Accuracy and documentation are maintained because other teams rely on these records for customer, supplier, employee, or operating decisions.

• Careful handling of confidential financial, customer, supplier, or employee information.
• Clear written follow-up and sound escalation judgment.
• Dependable remote work habits and attention to deadlines.

Position Details

• Full-time; associate level.
• 100% remote within the United States.
• Base compensation: $55,000-$78,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
• The role uses approved digital systems, email, phone, spreadsheets, shared documents, and remote collaboration tools; reliable internet access and secure handling of information are required.
