Financial Auditors (Remote)

Overview

This remote contractor role is for experienced Financial Auditors and Accountants to contribute domain expertise in accounting and auditing. The position involves applying professional knowledge to help train next-generation AI systems by providing high-quality, real-world financial data and insights. No prior AI experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Examine, analyze, and interpret accounting records to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Prepare, audit, and evaluate financial statements, providing critical insights for continuous improvement.
• Advise on and implement systems for recording costs, financial, and budgetary data to enhance organizational transparency.
• Provide guidance on complex taxation issues using in-depth knowledge of tax codes and compliance standards.
• Review and improve existing accounting procedures and documentation to increase accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of economics, accounting law, and taxation.
• Proven experience preparing, auditing, and evaluating financial statements.
• Expertise in examining and analyzing accounting records for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Solid understanding of financial systems including cost accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, especially in advising on complex taxation matters.
• Proficiency with financial software and tools such as Excel, QuickBooks, or similar platforms.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay rate ranging from $40 to $95.
• Fully remote work from any location.
