FINANCIAL COORDINATOR, FCH - BUDGET AND FINANCIAL PLANNING

Overview

This role is REMOTE and based in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin at the Woodland Prime 400 facility. The position is 1.000000 FTE with Standard Hours: 40.00 and Shift 1.

This position provides observations and interpretation of data, presenting findings to leadership in a way that tells the story behind the analysis. In addition, the role supports initiative success monitoring, system enhancements for financial planning and analysis, business advisory responsibilities, and facilitation/oversight of financial modeling for new strategies or lookbacks on existing strategies. It also helps facilitate and oversee organizational processes and systems, including long-range planning, capital planning, budgeting, and tools such as financial planning, financial analytics, and Vizient.

Responsibilities

• Provide observations and interpretation of data and present findings to leadership.
• Monitor initiative success and provide insight and recommendations to improve outcomes as necessary.
• Develop system enhancements to improve financial planning and analysis systems and processes.
• Act as a business advisor.
• Facilitate and oversee financial modeling for new strategy and/or lookbacks on existing strategy.
• Facilitate and oversee organizational processes and systems, including:
  • Long-range plan
  • Capital Plan
  • Budget
  • Financial planning and financial analytics
  • Vizient

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of finance experience in healthcare or a healthcare-related field.
• Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Finance, Accounting, or Health Care Administration (required).

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree (preferred).

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range (hourly): $34.82 - $59.56
• Final compensation is based on experience and will be discussed with you by the recruiter during the interview process.
