Overview
This role is part of a global Finance & Accounting organization within the Finance Data Analytics team. The position focuses on supporting Sales with key Finance KPIs such as Bookings (ACV) and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). The role involves providing technical insights into how these metrics are derived and bridging the gap between upstream Sales quoting structures and downstream final ARR impact. Strong stakeholder support experience, analytics, and reporting skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Provide ad-hoc support to global Sales and Sales Operations teams to ensure accuracy of Finance KPIs impacting revenue forecasting, including ACV, ARR, and Renewals.
- Bridge and reconcile financial metrics from quote lines through ACV to ARR.
- Build reporting datasets and dashboards to support revenue-impacting projects and Sales initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with CRM platform teams to maintain high data quality.
- Partner with the Finance Data Engineering team to investigate issues and develop solutions as business needs evolve.
- Participate in financial month-end and quarter-end close processes.
Requirements
- Preferred location: East Coast US.
- Proficiency in SQL and understanding of data flow and data warehousing concepts.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau is a plus) and Excel.
- Experience supporting external stakeholders with strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Sales Support or Sales Operations experience is a plus.
- Experience at a Big 4 accounting firm (EY, PwC, Deloitte, KPMG) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline, or comparable work experience.
- Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range for U.S. candidates: $70,000 - $95,000 per year.
