Overview

This contract role is for a Financial Modeling Contractor. Work will be performed remotely.

You will develop and analyze financial models to support strategic decision-making, project evaluation, and actuarial conversion activities. The assignment includes AXIS model build, testing, validation, and reconciliation across life and asset modeling work. You will also prepare reporting materials and collaborate with project team members to gather inputs and assumptions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop AXIS models for Regular Life, Universal Life, and Asset modules to support conversion activities
  • Perform model build, testing, validation, and reconciliation for actuarial conversion workstreams
  • Analyze model outputs, variances, and key performance indicators to support forecasting and project evaluation
  • Prepare model documentation, reports, and presentation materials for project stakeholders
  • Work with project team members to gather data, assumptions, and source inputs for model development and updates

Requirements

  • 10+ years developing AXIS models in Regular Life, Universal Life, and/or Asset modules
  • 10+ years supporting actuarial conversion, model build, testing, and reconciliation activities
  • Experience preparing financial models used for forecasting, scenario analysis, or project evaluation
  • Experience analyzing financial data, variances, and key performance indicators
  • Experience preparing model documentation, reports, or presentation materials for project stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CASE
  • Experience supporting actuarial model conversion projects

Compensation & Benefits

  • Expected pay range: $125 - $135 per hour
  • The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location, and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services.
