Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Intern

Overview

A leading global brand in premium pickleball equipment is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Intern for a summer internship. This role offers hands-on experience supporting a finance team during a major systems transition and the expansion of global financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Improve revenue reporting structure to enhance speed, clarity, and accuracy
• Support maintenance of global accounting datasets to ensure consistency across regions
• Assist with month-end reporting, including budget vs. actual analysis and trend insights
• Contribute to weekly cash flow forecasting to monitor liquidity and spending
• Assist with data mapping, testing, and documentation during financial systems integration

Requirements

• Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with financial tools and platforms or eager to learn
• Strong communication skills, including asking questions and clear documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay ranging from $20.00 to $35.00, based on experience and education
• Fully remote position
