Implementation Specialist (Payroll/PEO/HRIS)

Overview

This is a remote position.

The organization partners with a network of payroll, HR, and PEO employers to streamline job searching and help match candidates to roles that may not be publicly posted. Because candidates may be considered for multiple open positions nationwide, applicants are requested to refrain from applying multiple times for different positions.

Responsibilities

• Work with the organization’s team to align your background with available opportunities across the employer network.
• Participate in interview preparation support provided for roles you are being considered for.

Qualifications

Qualification requirements vary by employer in the organization’s network, but ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience working for a payroll service bureau or PEO in one or more of the following systems or processes:

• UKG Ready
• isolved
• Asure Evolution
• ExecuPay
• MPAY
• ApexHCM
• Tax Notice Resolution
• APTM
• MasterTax
• Etc.
