Lead Accounts Payable

Overview

This full-time, day-shift role is a remote position within the Accounts Payable department. The hourly pay range is $24.87 to $33.64.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of the accounts payable team, ensuring work meets deadlines and quality standards.
• Monitor and review team progress.
• Perform reconciliations and manage accounts payable exceptions for both onshore and offshore teams.
• Respond to and resolve inquiries and requests from health ministries and vendors.
• Address escalated issues from health ministries and vendors.
• Conduct occasional auditing tasks.
• Take ownership of team processes and work instructions.
• Mentor, coach, train, and develop new and existing staff members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience, OR
• 2 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience.
• Alternatively, a required professional licensure or certification plus 1 year of experience may substitute for education.
