Lending Strategy Specialist

Overview

The organization is seeking a Lending Strategy Specialist in Buenos Aires.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monitoring of overall performance for financial products.
• Develop business strategy and create business cases to scale financial solutions across LatAm.
• Independently analyze large volumes of data to identify new products, growth opportunities, efficiency improvements, and optimization possibilities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary regional and global teams (Product, Finance, Operations, Legal, and Delivery) to implement end-to-end solutions and define processes.
• Present strategic recommendations and progress to executive stakeholders regarding the expansion strategy for financial products.

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
• More than 3 years of experience in Business, Strategy, or Product areas in technology, e-commerce, or financial services.
• Strong data analysis capability and technical autonomy.
• Experience with data tools: SQL, Excel, BI.
• Proven ability to build business cases and present them to executive leadership.
• English: advanced.
