NetSuite ARM Implementation Consultant - Senior Associate

Overview

This role is part of the organization’s Digital Finance team within the Oracle consulting practice. The position supports Finance organizations in using enterprise technology to achieve digital technology goals and identify business opportunities. Work includes helping clients define Finance Systems Strategies and execute those strategies, including implementing and using technology offerings such as Oracle-NetSuite to solve business problems in the Finance space.

The Senior Associate will support adoption of new Finance technologies (including NetSuite) and assist with finance transformation initiatives that require a blend of finance and technology consulting.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree
• 3 year(s) of experience

Preferred knowledge/skills

• Demonstrated success managing identification and addressing of client needs, including:
  • Executing end-to-end NetSuite implementations in a functional lead role
  • Leading teams of onshore and offshore resources through complex, full life cycle NetSuite implementations
  • Implementing NetSuite order-to-cash, purchase-to-pay, and account-to-report workstreams and associated modules
  • Working with NetSuite’s Advanced Revenue Management module
  • Using NetSuite’s SuiteBilling module
  • Designing complex NetSuite customizations
  • Demonstrating knowledge of different types of testing required in a system implementation (unit, system integration, user acceptance)
  • Understanding of financial and accounting concepts, including the function of a general ledger, month/year end close process, and chart of account considerations
  • Implementing SuiteSuccess methodology
• Demonstrated success as a team leader, including proven communication skills and the ability to clearly communicate complex ideas.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $77,000 - $202,000
• Actual compensation within the range will depend on the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws.
• All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
