Oracle AR Analyst

Overview

With limited direction, the AR Analyst works independently to provide analysis and functional support for complex Accounts Receivable issues. This role analyzes customer needs, maintains Accounts Receivable records, and resolves customer issues and requests while meeting department customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze historical data through queries for AR metrics monitoring and data analysis; identify opportunities, recommend solutions, and implement Accounts Receivable process improvements.
• Coordinate billing and invoice printing for InfoPro and TRUX billing systems.
• Maintain InfoPro month-end controls.
• Respond to field research requests and handle cash application and billing questions.
• Test and review Accounts Receivable business requirements for databases and system applications to streamline processes; make recommendations for improvements.
• Process lockbox returned items, adjustments, money moves, and customer refund requests.
• Provide back-office support for product development and other corporate departments and initiatives.
• Develop field and internal Accounts Receivable training and job resources.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Accounts Receivable and third-party vendors to research and resolve field application issues, and to implement system and process enhancements.
• Understand work assignments and project priorities and follow them accordingly.
• Follow organizational procedures and communicate with management when unclear or uncertain.
• Participate in other team-related projects as needed.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an office environment that includes data entry, analysis, and reconciliation of accounting-related records.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a large Fortune 500 company.
• Multi-division Accounts Receivable processing experience.
• 5 years of Accounts Receivable experience.
• Experience at a Lockbox and/or knowledge of the Lockbox process.
• Experience with Oracle Accounting software, InfoPro and TRUX billing systems, and SQL Viewpoint.

• Pay Range: $56,400.00 - $77,550.00 USD annual

Location

• 100% remote within the U.S.
• Must maintain a work schedule aligned with Arizona (MST) business hours.
