Overview

Position: Oracle ERP Financial Analyst
Location: USA (Remote)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $45/hour–$65/hour

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle ERP Financials modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management
• Gather and analyze business requirements from finance stakeholders
• Configure, test, and support Oracle Financial applications
• Develop financial reports, dashboards, and data analyses
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with technical teams
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial processes
• Conduct user training and prepare system documentation
• Support ERP upgrades, implementations, and enhancements
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls

Requirements

• Recent graduates with backgrounds in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP Financials or Oracle Cloud Financials
• Understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with SQL, Excel, and reporting tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment
