Oracle Payroll Cloud Implementation (contract)

Overview

This role involves Oracle Cloud implementation as an Implementation Professional for Oracle Payroll Cloud and Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Payroll Cloud implementation
• Lead Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud certified implementation
• Support related certification areas such as Core HR, Time & Labor, Benefits, or Absence Management (often highly valued for lead roles)
• Lead SIT, UAT, and Parallel Testing efforts
• Perform solution design and governance
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Benefits, Time & Labor, Finance, and HR
• Manage payroll inbound and outbound integrations
• Produce audit and reconciliation reporting
• Configure Oracle Cloud Payroll and apply Payroll flow patterns
• Bring advanced union experience, including tax and reconciliation experience
• Contribute to multi-platform implementations, including payroll and HR data governance

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience
• College degree preferred
• SIT, UAT, and Parallel Testing leadership experience

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Rate Range: 130 - 150 USD hourly
