Pricing Analyst

Overview

This role supports operations and sales by building pricing scenarios for service solutions. The analyst is responsible for ensuring pricing models account for operating expenses, hardware, software, licensing, labor, and miscellaneous expense items, while validating compliance with standard pricing rules.

Responsibilities

• Develop service level pricing scenarios that include complex labor, technology, and equipment configurations
• Communicate pricing strategies and define cost distributions to Sales, Solutions, and Senior Management
• Monitor and complete pricing, addendum, and operations/sales requested project support
• Track weekly productivity for assigned work and ensure deadline compliance
• Validate historical pricing, equipment, and addendum documentation
• Validate current equipment, license, and labor costs
• Maintain updates and version control for pricing and addendum/change order contracting workflows
• Adhere to ethical and procedural policies and measure individual job performance against individual and corporate goals
• Follow Service Level Guidelines to ensure accurate and timely project delivery

Requirements

• Associate degree, Accounting Certification, or equivalent service pricing experience preferred
• 3+ years supporting Outsourcing and technical services with Solutions pricing experience
• Familiarity with legal terminology and law firm environments
• Familiarity with corporate structured environments
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (required)
• Excellent spelling, grammar, punctuation, and exceptional communication skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple assignments
• Ability to work under pressure within established timeframes while producing high-quality work
• Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills
• Ability to problem-solve and provide consultative input on pricing options
• Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of management, staff, and external entities, including clients, vendors, and prospective clients
• Prolonged sitting and computer use are required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HubSpot, SpotDraft, ServiceNow, and Sage
