Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver expert consulting services in areas such as discovery and forensic technology, forensic accounting and commercial damages, construction claims, forensic technical services, international arbitration, government contracts, and advisory.
• Lead and contribute to complex investigative and commercial damages matters.
• Provide insights and solutions amid uncertainty to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Support business growth initiatives and contribute to the development of the forensic accounting and commercial damages service line.

Requirements

• Proven experience and expertise in one or more of the following areas:
  • Discovery and Forensic Technology Services
  • Forensic Accounting and Commercial Damages
  • Construction Claims
  • Forensic Technical Services
  • International Arbitration
  • Government Contracts
  • Advisory
• Strong client relationship and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in commercial damages related to insurance claims, business interruption, lost profits, intellectual property, investigations, and related disputes.
