This contract position involves evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and providing strategic insights to optimize portfolio performance within private equity. The role requires extensive knowledge of private equity operations and a proven track record of driving value in portfolio companies.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial and operational due diligence on potential and existing portfolio investments.
- Lead evaluation of investment opportunities, including market analysis, valuation modeling, and risk assessment.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement value-creation strategies for portfolio companies.
- Monitor portfolio company performance and regularly report key metrics to stakeholders.
- Support fundraising initiatives by preparing detailed investment memoranda and presentations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or related financial advisory roles.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and due diligence processes.
- Experience analyzing complex financial statements and identifying operational efficiencies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software tools.
