Project Financial Analyst II

Overview

This role provides project-related financial and analytical support to Project Managers and serves as a liaison between functional groups and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Provide project-related financial and analytical support to Project Managers
• Act as a liaison between functional groups and Finance
• Perform in-depth project analysis using different sources of information to support decision-making
• Support meeting deliverable timelines set by the client, the project team, and corporate
• Apply knowledge of revenue recognition principles and the relationship between Revenue, Backlog, Work in process, and Invoicing
• Manage multiple projects or tasks simultaneously through effective time management and prioritization
• Handle confidential and sensitive data with discretion

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Business, Accounting, Finance required
• 2+ years of CRO specific analyst experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, organizational, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
• Excellent financial, communication, and interpersonal skills with a high level of personal motivation to achieve

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in project analysis and ASC 606 revenue recognition strongly preferred
• Prior experience in portfolio financial management and forecasting strongly preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Estimated hiring range: $80K – 88K plus applicable bonus
• This hiring range is specific to the USA and will vary for other regions based upon local market data.
