Remote Analyst, Project Finance

Overview

This role supports project-level financing for solar and storage assets by developing financial models, analyzing market conditions, and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Structure debt and tax equity financing for renewable energy projects
• Negotiate financing agreements and contracts
• Assist with valuation and scenario analysis to support investment decisions
• Ensure timely delivery of reports from third-party consultants
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate project financing

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field
• Minimum of 1 year experience in solar project finance
• Strong financial modeling skills
• Familiarity with solar industry development processes
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Willingness to travel up to 10%
• Proactive and team-oriented work approach
