Overview

This role involves applying financial expertise to contribute to the training and improvement of next-generation AI systems by providing high-quality, real-world financial data and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial data to identify trends and generate actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Evaluate embedded finance opportunities and support investment advisory processes aligned with business goals.
- Develop predictive financial models and create dynamic visualizations using analytics platforms.
- Conduct comprehensive market and industry research, synthesizing information from multiple sources.
- Translate research findings into clear, strategic recommendations.
- Communicate insights through written reports and verbal presentations to stakeholders.
- Stay informed about trends in Asian economies, embedded finance, and digital financial solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert analytical results into business outcomes supporting growth and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CIIA, or CMA preferred, or proven experience as a financial analyst in leading financial institutions.
- Strong proficiency in financial data analysis, predictive analytics, and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Python, or R.
- Experience in investment strategy and advisory, especially within embedded finance contexts, is highly desirable.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to efficiently conduct online research and synthesize diverse financial information.
- Familiarity with Asian financial markets and economic drivers is highly advantageous.
