Senior Consultant - Decision Support/Remote Ardmore

Overview

This role supports decision-making and financial performance by identifying, investigating, and recommending actions to improve margin performance. Working under the direction of the community CFO and reporting to the Manager, Decision Support, the Senior Consultant partners with operational leaders to investigate root causes and future opportunities, recommend a path forward, and monitor progress against recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Optimize margin performance by identifying and analyzing financial opportunities.
• Investigate and recommend actions based on findings related to margin performance.
• Help develop and apply comparative methodologies, including standardized monitoring logic and tools, to surface financial opportunities.
• Partner with operations leaders to analyze root causes and assess future possibilities.
• Recommend strategies and monitor progress against agreed-upon recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a healthcare setting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), including the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
• Proactive, self-motivated, with strong curiosity and initiative.
• Experience developing comparative methodologies and standardized monitoring logic.
