Overview
This role involves building the financial models and analyses used to support airport capital programs, financing strategies, and airline rate and charge decisions.
The work includes supporting feasibility studies for General Airport Revenue Bonds, PFC-backed bonds, special facility bonds, rental car facility bonds, and FAA Letter of Intent bonds, for clients across the U.S. and internationally (including Canada, South America, and the Caribbean). Engagements may require direct support of rate-model development, scenario testing, and drafting financial chapters used by airport executives, airlines, and rating agencies.

- Develop multi-year revenue and expense projections, operating and capital budgets, and debt service schedules reflecting real use agreements, bond covenants, and industry benchmarks.
- Conduct scenario, sensitivity, and variance analysis; explain drivers of changes in results in plain terms.
- Prepare financial analysis behind PFC and CFC programs, federal grant strategy, and alternative funding sources for client capital programs.
- Support rate-setting methodology decisions, cost allocation, and airline lease and use agreement negotiations; partner on bond feasibility work alongside bond counsel, underwriters, and rating agencies.
- Write client-ready reports and present findings, including memoranda and financial chapters of master plans delivered to airport leadership and governing bodies.
