Overview
A rapidly growing vertical SaaS company focused on empowering personal injury lawyers and victims through technology and AI is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate Consolidation & G&A. This role involves owning corporate consolidation and general & administrative (G&A) finance end-to-end, driving monthly management reporting, and partnering cross-functionally on budgeting.
Responsibilities
- Manage the monthly consolidation of financial data across Engineering, Product, Go-To-Market (GTM), and G&A functions into a unified corporate P&L aligned with source data.
- Reduce cycle time for roll-up to reporting and eliminate manual rework.
- Build and maintain monthly reporting packages including actuals vs. budget/forecast, variance commentary, and KPI tracking.
- Support preparation of quarterly board presentations.
- Act as finance partner to G&A cost-center owners (Finance, Legal, People, Operations), owning budgets, forecasts, headcount, and vendor spend with monthly variance reviews.
- Maintain the corporate financial model as the single source consolidating all functions; ensure accuracy, documentation, and scalability.
- Collaborate with Data and Accounting teams to transition reporting from spreadsheets to automated data stack pulls (BigQuery/dbt).
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis for CFO and finance leadership, including unit economics, cost efficiency, and scenario modeling.
- Prepare variance analyses with clear, actionable commentary.
- Build and maintain G&A forecasts and headcount plans; lead re-forecast cycles.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance.
- Proven experience owning or building a corporate/consolidated financial model that integrates multiple functions or business units.
- Strong understanding of bottoms-up company P&L construction and ability to reconcile functional inputs to actuals.
- Expert-level Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills (including SUMIFS, array formulas, and clean model architecture).
- Comfort working directly with data, including SQL querying of data warehouses or demonstrated ability to learn quickly.
- Hands-on experience with modern ERP systems for sourcing actual financial data.
- Detail-oriented, self-directed, low-ego, with strong communication skills and ability to catch own errors.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $131,000 to $170,000 annually.
