Senior Financial Analyst, Revenue & GTM FP&A

Overview

This role is for a Senior Financial Analyst to join the GTM and Revenue FP&A team. You’ll partner closely with General Managers and executive leadership to support revenue growth, build insights behind performance, and improve forecasting and decision-making in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with General Managers and C-level executives across Finance, Sales, and Product to drive business growth and influence strategic decisions.
• Own and elevate the revenue forecast, including:
  • Monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting processes
  • Variance analysis
  • Scenario planning
  • Executive-level reporting
• Drive transformation by designing and implementing scalable analytics frameworks to support long-term growth.
• Develop and mentor junior team members, supporting a culture of excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Lead cross-functional alignment of revenue strategies and ensure execution against business priorities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Finance, Strategy, Consulting, or Investment Banking
• Deep expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and executive-level analysis
• Proven track record of influencing executives and driving company-wide initiatives
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, including the ability to craft insights for a C-suite audience
• Demonstrated ability to operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, building scalable processes in a high-growth, dynamic environment
• Self-starter mentality with a strong bias for action, ownership, and measurable impact

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range (United States)

For candidates in the United States, the good faith salary ranges estimate for this role is:

• Zone 1: $111,800 USD - $167,600 USD (Applicable for: CA, CT, DC, MD, MA, NJ, NY, VA, and WA)
• Zone 2: $104,500 USD - $156,700 USD (Applicable for: All other US locations)

International compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation within a range is determined by factors including relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and performance.
