Overview
This role sits on the central BizOps & Analytics team, embedded within one of the organization’s core business areas: growth, product, AI & automation, or strategic partnerships. You will own the analytical function for that business unit end-to-end—framing the right problems, producing data-driven insights, and driving decisions.
Responsibilities

- Data and insights: Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, design experiments, and surface insights that move key team metrics.
- Drive outcomes: Bring recommendations to counterparts in product, growth, finance, or operations; explain what’s happening, why it’s happening, and what the next steps should be.
- First-principles analysis and execution: Break ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses before working in data; own execution alongside analytics.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
- Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable impact.

- Comfort with tools including Excel, SQL, or Python.
Preferred Qualifications
