Overview
NetSuite Senior Financial Implementation Consultant (US - Remote)
This role involves partnering with clients to lead and support NetSuite ERP implementations, streamline financial operations, improve business processes, and deliver successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support full lifecycle implementations of core and advanced NetSuite solutions, including relevant add-on products.
- Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting, user guidance, and training to promote adoption and long-term success.
- Apply and champion the organization’s Project Implementation Methodology to deliver consistent, high-quality client outcomes.
- Obtain and maintain relevant NetSuite certifications to support continued professional growth and delivery excellence.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full lifecycle NetSuite implementation experience.
- 6+ years of ERP implementation, financial systems, or accounting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong accounting or financial systems background required.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite accounting modules and OneWorld is required.
- Intercompany and Taxation experience included.
- Demonstrated experience implementing NetSuite Record-to-Report and Procure-to-Pay business process flows.
- Experience configuring NetSuite Electronic Bank Payments module (including SFTP and ABSI SuiteApps) and other third-party payment applications is required.
- Experience implementing NetSuite Fixed Assets, amortization and allocation processes, and Revenue Recognition is required.
- Extensive experience configuring and supporting NetSuite workflows using SuiteFlow is required. Hands-on experience with Multi-Book and SuiteBilling is a plus.
- Excellent client relationship, organizational, and prioritization skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous biotech or public accounting experience is a plus.
- Prior consulting experience is strongly preferred.
- NetSuite certifications are a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Base compensation range
- $81,980.50 – $127,152.38 – $172,324.25
This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary; final offer amount may vary based on factors including experience and geographic location. Compensation ranges for roles in the Government Services pillar are determined by contract with the specific government agency.
