Summer Intern - Invoice Support Specialist

Overview

This internship role provides support for invoice processing and data analysis within SAP, along with administrative tasks to help ensure accurate invoices are sent to clients.

The position reports to the Outage Support Services Invoicing Manager and is based out of Madison, PA. This is a paid full-time remote position for the summer, May–August 2027.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Order to Cash related functionality
• Support data analysis and communication regarding client purchase orders
• Help verify cost-validation workflows
• Assist with data validation efforts
• Assist with report generation and analysis

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or human resources
• Completed Sophomore year of college
• Familiar with basic accounting formulas and terms
• Interest in data management and analytics
• Interest in working in a support organization (shared services, help desk, triage, ticketing)

Compensation & Benefits

• Estimated hourly rate: $23.00 to $26.30 per hour (dependent upon experience, qualifications, and skills)
