Accounting Clerk - Remote

Responsibilities

• Perform accounts payable and/or accounts receivable functions, including verifying and processing supplier invoices
• Match transactions to purchase orders and maintain supporting documentation electronically
• Prepare and process electronic payments and checks to ensure timely disbursements
• Assist in the month-end accounting close process and reconciliation of supplier statements
• Communicate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to support financial reporting

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1+ years' experience in Accounting, Finance, or related work
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Previous experience with ERP or accounting software, preferably Workday
• 2+ years' experience in Accounting, Finance, or related work
