Accounts Payable Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the full Accounts Payable lifecycle, including invoice intake, coding, approvals, and payment execution
• Handle domestic and international vendor payments using Ramp and Airwallex platforms
• Maintain vendor master data, ensuring compliance with banking details and tax documentation
• Support month-end close activities such as accruals, reconciliations, and reporting
• Ensure strong internal controls across payables, expenses, and payments
• Assist with audits and compliance initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Expense Management, or accounting operations
• Hands-on experience administering Ramp or a similar payables system in a corporate environment
• Experience executing domestic and international payments using Airwallex or similar fintech platforms
• Strong working knowledge of NetSuite, including GL coding and multi-entity setups
• High attention to detail with a strong internal-controls mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting multi-subsidiary, multi-currency environments
• Exposure to audit support or regulated industries
• Prior ownership of AP, expense, or payments system implementations
• Strong cross-functional communication skills and comfort working onsite with leadership
