Expert Opportunity - FP&A Director ($80/hr, up to $1,600/week)

Overview

This role supports a foundational AI lab by helping train its latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.

The organization is seeking experienced FP&A directors to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across key workflows, including:

• Monthly business review decks
• Budget and forecast presentations
• Variance analysis exhibits
• Board finance packages
• Long-range plan decks
• KPI dashboard slides

Responsibilities

• Own the budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting processes as applied to slide deck deliverables
• Create, evaluate, and refine presentation and slide content for the workflows listed above
• Develop variance analysis storytelling and financial exhibits for executive and board materials
• Ensure slide outputs reflect strong written communication and high attention to detail

Requirements

• 5+ years in FP&A with ownership of executive or board reporting
• Deep expertise in variance storytelling, financial exhibits, and business review materials
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship
• Excellent written communication
• Strong attention to detail

Compensation & Benefits

• $80/hour
• Flexible commitment: 5–20 hours per week (or more if desired)
