Accounts Receivable Representative

Overview

This role is located in Scottsdale, AZ or Nashville, TN. The Accounts Receivable Representative II is responsible for managing a portfolio of tenant accounts, including posting cash, monitoring non-payments, short payments, and account disputes. The position partners with other departments to identify and resolve tenant account issues in an environment where priorities and work assignments may change frequently.

Responsibilities

• Post cash accurately and in a timely manner for a portfolio of tenant accounts
• Pull check images and ACH information from US Bank using Vantage Point
• Research, coordinate, and resolve account issues and discrepancies
• Process late fee waivers and reversals
• Handle security deposit and tenant refund activity
• Complete credit apply batches
• Respond to tenant inquiries
• Conduct detailed aged delinquency review
• Reconcile accounts
• Review prepaid rent (daily)
• Follow up with tenants on aging items/short payments
• Coordinate with other departments according to set escalation rules
• Manage the collections workflow in Salesforce
• Coordinate with appropriate departments to obtain copies of work orders and related support materials
