Overview

A healthcare organization is seeking a Financial Analyst to provide critical support to corporate groups and senior leadership by designing and implementing enterprise-wide revenue cycle data analysis. The role involves synthesizing data from multiple sources into clear, actionable reports to enhance financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize data from various sources to deliver comprehensive revenue cycle analysis and reporting
• Support the standardization of management reporting, benchmarking, and data collection processes
• Identify and quantify opportunities to improve net revenue realization and cash flow
• Develop financial models to aid in the implementation of revenue cycle solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
