FP&A Director

Overview

An organization focused on advancing AI quality is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Director to join their team. This role supports the development of AI Assistant models tailored to finance professionals, offering flexible remote work arrangements suitable for full-time, part-time, or periodic engagement.

Responsibilities

• Review and enhance AI Assistant responses related to macroeconomic trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Apply financial expertise to verify the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs.
• Test AI models with complex, real-world financial scenarios and edge cases to assess their reasoning capabilities.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve AI model intelligence and reliability.

Requirements

• Expert-level financial reasoning and formal training in a finance-related discipline.
• Advanced degree preferred: Master's or PhD (completed or in progress).
• Relevant experience in areas such as Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Wealth Management, or Insurance Planning.
• Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level.
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis.

Compensation & Benefits
