Overview

This role is responsible for establishing and owning central FP&A planning and reporting for the consolidated organization model. You will build the core financial models used by senior leadership and the board as the business prepares for an IPO, starting from an environment where tooling is in place (including Pigment) and data is available via a warehouse with dashboards, but the company is not yet fully modeled.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own a driver-based company model and opex model in Pigment, consolidating inputs from commercial, product, and compute finance into a single model of record.
  • Own the plan of record, including:
    • The consolidated company model
    • The budgeting cycle
    • The monthly reporting cadence used by the CFO, CEO, and board
  • Run the annual budget and quarterly reforecasts end to end, including:
    • Headcount envelopes
    • G&A forecasting with budget owners
  • Set up and manage monthly cadence for results, including:
    • Budget vs. actuals
    • Functional reviews
    • Quarterly business reviews
    • Preparation of the financial section of the board pack
  • Apply capital allocation discipline to major decisions involving hiring, compute, and strategic spend.
  • Develop model outputs into actionable recommendations and drive implementation.

Requirements

  • Experience building a driver-based company model or long-range plan from scratch and using it to drive real decisions.
  • Experience running an annual budget and reforecast cycle end to end in a high-growth tech environment, translating results into clear narratives for executives or the board.
  • Strong commercial judgment, including:
    • Unit economics and gross profit thinking (not only revenue)
    • Recommendations that get implemented
  • Hands-on experience with a planning tool (Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive, or similar).
  • SQL proficiency and comfort working off a data warehouse.
  • Daily use of AI tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with usage-based or consumption revenue.
  • IPO readiness or public-company FP&A experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Pigment.
  • Experience building a team.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual discretionary stipend for learning & development.
  • Annual discretionary stipend for social travel.
  • Annual company offsite (past locations included Croatia and Italy).
  • Monthly co-working stipend if not located near a main hub.

Remote-first role executable from anywhere in Europe, with ability to operate in GMT+0 to GMT+2 timezones preferred.

  • Option to work from offices in Warsaw and London.
