Record to Report - CRW and Orders - 1LMX Financial Accounting Analyst

Overview

A junior ERP Business Analyst role is available within the Record-to-Report Organization to support process and systems transformation in Financial Accounting. This position offers an opportunity to deepen knowledge of S4 ERP functionality and its integration with financial and business operations, system landscapes, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finalization of Functional Specifications
• Support various testing phases including Functional Unit Test, String Test, and Integration Test; write test scripts; organize and coordinate testing activities; track status and resolve defects
• Assist in defining Business Processes and Business Roles
• Support the development and delivery of End User Training
• Execute planning and status tasks related to the 1LMX program
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Value Stream Teams and Leadership, Business Area Representatives, consultants, and other business areas to implement tools and processes defined in the design phase

Requirements

• Understanding of Financial Accounting processes and policies
• Ability to lead financial projects
• Ability to collaborate across business areas and technical/function workstreams
• US Citizenship is required due to program requirements
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 20%

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, or Product/Material Costing processes, especially within SAP
• Experience with the 1LMX program
• Self-starter with eagerness to learn

Compensation & Benefits

• This is a full-time remote telework position
• Occasional travel to company offices for meetings may be required
